In a historic building overlooking Porta Fiorentina, one of the two entrances to Panicale’s medieval center, our two-bedroom apartment includes a kitchen, living room, ensuite bathrooms, and laundry room.

Adjacent to Piazza Regina Margherita with ample parking just a few meters from the entrance.

Each of the two bedrooms feature a king bed and ensuite bathrooms and the living room’s sofa bed can be converted into two single beds. 

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools, in case you would like to take advantage the convenience of preparing a meal without having to go out. A small grocery shop with local products is a short walk up the road.

Our two-bedroom apartment has been designed in a natural palette, with warm materials and custom furniture by Pelizzari Studio. The king bed is topped with Simmons Platinum Beautyrest mattress. The ample bathrooms feature warm marble, brick floors, a rain shower, and bath linen from the prestigious, historic brand Rivolta Carmignani. While the rooms are striking with historic charm, they also provide all the comforts of modern amenities. Sleeps 4 and 2 extra beds (at an additional cost).

Guests of the apartment need only to walk to the street below to enjoy included breakfast and aperitivo at Rastrello’s main building.
